Summary
Private school employees and volunteers; essentialworkers; personal protective equipment during certain declared statesof emergency; emergency. Provides that during any case in whichthe Governor has declared a state of emergency related to a communicabledisease of public health threat, individuals working or volunteeringin a private elementary or secondary school in the Commonwealth shallbe considered essential workers and shall be included in any groupafforded priority with regard to access to personal protective equipmentduring such state of emergency. The bill contains an emergency clause.
