Summary
Vaccines; requirements for inclusion on listof required vaccines. Provides that no vaccine shall be addedto the list of required vaccines if (i) the vaccine is derived fromhuman fetal tissue, (ii) the vaccine modifies the ribonucleic acid(RNA) or deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) of the person to whom it isadministered, or (iii) development of the vaccine did not includepreclinical testing of on laboratory animals prior to clinical trialsinvolving human testing. The bill also requires the Department ofHealth to shall make data and information about the safety and efficacyof each vaccine required pursuant to this section and regulationsof the Board, including data and information about any risk of harmassociated with administration of the vaccine, available to the publicon a website maintained by the Department. Such data and informationshall be presented in a manner that is easily understandable andaccessible to all individuals.
