Minimum standards for citizen complaints againstlaw enforcement; investigation time limits. Requires that law-enforcementagencies shall ensure, at a minimum, that in the case of all writtencitizen complaints, the time limits for conducting an investigation of such written complaints shall be consistent with the Commissionon Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc.'s, standardson complaint procedures regarding investigation time limits.
