Board and Commissioner of Health; order; appeal;award. Provides that any person who operates a business in theCommonwealth that is forced to close as a result of any emergencyorder of the Board of Health or Commissioner of Health who contestssuch order and prevails on the merits of the case is entitled torecover from the Department of Health an amount equal to (i) two times the total amount of civil penalties levied against such personas a result of such order and (ii) $10,000 per day for each day thatthe business was closed as a result of such order.
