Camp 7; disposition of parcel located in Clarke County.

Summary
Provides that the Commonwealth shall not convey, sell, or otherwise dispose of certain real property identified as a 65+/- contiguous acre parcel within Clarke County (hereinafter "the Camp 7 parcel"). The title to the Camp 7 parcel shall be held by the Commonwealth with the intent to enter into an agreement for the conveyance, sale, or other disposition to Clarke County of the Camp 7 parcel on such terms as negotiated by the Commonwealth and representatives of Clarke County.
