Children's residential facilities; operated or conducted under auspices of a religious institute.

Directs the Commissioner of Social Services to issue a license to a  facility operated or conducted under the auspices of a religious institution established in 1978, and located in Atkins, Virginia, at the intersection of Pierce Road and Freedom Tabernacle Lane that receives no public funds and that meets the standards for licensed child-caring institutions as adopted by the Board of Social Services and in effect on January 1, 1987. The bill sunsets on July 1, 2021.
