Summary
Eliminates the cap on the annual salary that the school board of the City of Norfolk may pay its appointed members. Beginning July 1, 2018, all members of such school board will be elected members. Salaries of elected school board members are subject to the same limitations as salaries of members of local governing bodies. This bill is identical to
