Summary
Requires a judge, in cases in which a guardian ad litem has been appointed for a child, to order the parent, parents, adoptive parent or parents of the child, or any other person with a legitimate interest who has filed a petition with the court, to reimburse the Commonwealth for the costs of the guardian ad litem. The bill provides that if a party is unable to pay, the judge may reduce or eliminate the reimbursement. This bill was incorporated into
