Summary
Requires the Medical Advisory Board for the Department of Motor Vehicles to provide guidance and recommendations to the Department regarding any case of a person determined to be incompetent pursuant to an examination by a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant and whose driver's license has been revoked if such person appeals the decision on the basis of medical evidence in the case.
