Defendant Access to Evidence Amendments

Added a new requirement for jail inmates' counsel to ensure that any discovery, evidence, or documents left with an inmate do not contain sensitive information, such as images of minors, personal identifying information of others, financial data, child sexual abuse material, intimate images, or materials prohibited by jail policy.

Modified the language regarding technology access to clarify that approved technology includes computers provided by the inmate's counsel, whereas the original version only mentioned technology provided by the jail or approved technology.

Corrected a typo in the Long Title section by adding the word 'provides' to describe the new provision regarding counsel's obligations.
