STOP China and Russia Act of 2025

This bill imposes sanctions on Chinese entities and individuals knowingly supplying specific defense-related goods and services to Russia's military. It targets PRC persons providing items like computer numerical control tools, munitions components, and military fiber optics to Russia's defense industry, blocking their U.S. assets and denying visas to affected individuals. The law automatically requires sanctions on eight major Chinese defense corporations (including China North Industries Group and Aviation Industry Corporation) if they support Russia's military. It mandates a 90-day implementation timeline and a strategy for U.S. allies to coordinate sanctions against Chinese support for Russia's war in Ukraine.
