Supporting Ukraine Act of 2025

The Supporting Ukraine Act of 2025 provides comprehensive support for Ukraine's defense and recovery efforts through significant funding and policy mechanisms. It authorizes $30 billion in Department of Defense assistance (Sec. 201), establishes a Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund (Sec. 102), and directs the use of immobilized Russian assets to support Ukraine (Sec. 104). The bill also creates a Ukraine Lessons Learned Task Force to integrate battlefield innovations into U.S. military doctrine (Sec. 302) and establishes trilateral defense cooperation with Ukraine and Taiwan (Sec. 301). Additionally, it includes provisions for intelligence support to Ukraine (Sec. 304) and funding for rule of law, governance, and war crimes prosecutions (Sec. 206).
