Warrior Right to Repair Act of 2025

This bill requires defense contractors to provide the Department of Defense (DoD) with fair access to repair parts, tools, and technical information for military equipment under new contracts. It mandates that contractors agree in writing to share these resources on terms equivalent to those offered to authorized repair providers. The law applies to all new procurement contracts for digital electronic equipment and aims to enable third-party repairs by removing barriers like restricted access to repair materials. A report on implementation must be submitted to Congress within one year.
