It designates several new wilderness areas (including Cain Mountain, Bluewing, and Selenite Peak) for protection from development and mining while establishing management rules for these areas. The bill also transfers approximately 10 acres of land to be held in trust for the Lovelock Paiute Tribe, with restrictions on gaming use.
