HRES 750 is a ceremonial resolution recognizing Lloyd Ashburn Williams' community work in Harlem. It formally acknowledges his decades-long leadership as CEO of the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, his co-founding of Harlem Week, and his advocacy for economic empowerment, cultural preservation, and social equity in Harlem.
