MACV–SOG Congressional Gold Medal Act

HR 5993, the MACV-SOG Congressional Gold Medal Act, authorizes a single gold medal to be awarded by Congress to members of the Military Assistance Command Vietnam-Studies and Observations Group (MACV-SOG), a covert special operations unit active during the Vietnam War (1964-1972).
