Disqualifying Dual Loyalty Act of 2025

This bill would prevent anyone holding foreign citizenship from being elected to the U.S. House of Representatives or Senate. It disqualifies candidates who are citizens of any country besides the United States, regardless of their U.S. citizenship status.
