To take certain land in the State of California into trust for the benefit of the Pechanga Band of Indians, and for other purposes.

The covered land was reduced from approximately 1,261 acres to approximately 860 acres in Riverside County, California, a decrease of about 401 acres.

All MOU-related provisions were removed, including the requirement for the Tribe to give at least 45 days notice to Congress, the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs, and local members of Congress before terminating the MOU, as well as the obligation to report any termination or violation.

The word 'encumbrances' was added to the list of existing interests that remain in effect on the land, broadening the types of pre-existing claims recognized alongside liens, rights-of-way, licenses, leases, permits, and easements.

The definition of 'MOU' (memorandum of understanding) was removed from the definitions section.

The map title and date were filled in: 'BLM Lands into Trust for the Pechanga Band of Indians,' dated August 21, 2025, and the covered land is now identified as 'Proposed Pechanga Land Conveyance Parcel' on the Map.
