Caribbean Basin Security Initiative Authorization Act

HR 4368 authorizes U.S. security assistance to 13 Caribbean nations (including Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Barbados) to strengthen local law enforcement, combat gangs and trafficking, and improve community safety.
