A resolution supporting Senate military-connected fellowship opportunities, and for other purposes.

This resolution establishes the "Stars of Valor Fellowships Program" to coordinate existing Senate fellowship opportunities for military-connected individuals. It consolidates three current programs: the Gold Star Family Fellowship, the McCain-Mansfield Fellowship, and a new Active-Duty Military Spouses Fellowship. The program, administered by the Senate Sergeant at Arms, allows eligible individuals (including military families and active-duty spouses) to serve 24-month fellowships in Senators' offices, with fellowship pay excluded from senators' employee compensation limits. The resolution also updates prior Senate resolutions to align with this new administrative structure.
