A bill to provide for the conveyance of certain land, Dillard Road, Patoka Lake, Indiana, to the State of Indiana, and for other purposes.

This bill directs the U.S. Army to convey approximately 11.85 acres of road easements along Dillard Road in Patoka Lake, Indiana (Crawford County) to the State of Indiana via quitclaim deed with no payment required. The conveyance includes all improvements on the land, and the U.S. will cover all administrative costs. The State of Indiana must agree to hold the U.S. harmless from liability related to the land after transfer and comply with any additional terms the Army deems necessary.
