Each report must include statistics on transfer reasons, demographic data (age, gender, rank), geographic patterns, branch of transfer, cost estimates, and identified trends - while excluding personal identifiers. The reports will be made publicly available online to increase transparency about factors driving involuntary or early reassignments within the military.
