Farming Opportunities Training and Outreach Grant Program Reauthorization Act of 2023

This bill reauthorizes the Farming Opportunities Training and Outreach Grant Program through 2028, directly supporting socially disadvantaged, veteran, and beginning farmers and ranchers.
