Alan Reinstein Ban Asbestos Now Act of 2023

This bill bans the manufacture, processing, use, and distribution of commercial asbestos (including specific fiber types like chrysotile and crocidolite) in the U.S. starting one year after enactment, directly affecting manufacturers, processors, and distributors of these materials.
