A bill to require the Secretary of Agriculture to convey the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site to Gila County, Arizona.

This bill directs the Secretary of Agriculture to transfer approximately 232.9 acres of National Forest System land (the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site) in the Tonto National Forest to Gila County, Arizona, if the county submits a written request within 180 days of the bill's enactment. Gila County must pay all conveyance costs, including surveys and environmental analyses, and the land must be used for veterans' purposes; failure to do so would trigger a reversion of the property back to the federal government. The transfer occurs via quitclaim deed without federal consideration, subject to existing rights and other conditions deemed necessary by the Secretary.
