Gateway Partnership Act

This bill allows the Secretary of the Interior to enter agreements with the Gateway Arch Park Foundation (the park's official nonprofit partner) for private events in Gateway Arch National Park buildings. It requires strict terms to protect park resources, including limits on event frequency, mandatory liability insurance, and prohibitions against disrupting public access or damaging the park's integrity. The Foundation must pay fees covering wear-and-tear and all costs from hosting events, including administrative expenses. The agreement framework does not affect the National Park Service's ability to host its own events or issue permits to others.
