Targeting Online Sales of Fentanyl Act

This bill requires the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to study online sales of fentanyl and methamphetamine. The study will examine sellers' business models, financial transactions (particularly those affecting people under 18), government efforts to combat these sales, platform detection tools, and how online providers handle referrals to law enforcement. The GAO must submit a report to Congress within one year detailing findings on these areas to inform future policy decisions. The bill itself does not change laws or directly affect any group, as it solely mandates this research.
