Intelligence Community Families Act

This bill expands in-state tuition eligibility at public colleges for dependents of intelligence community members. It amends the Higher Education Act to include officers or employees of intelligence community elements (as defined in the National Security Act) who work for over 30 days. Dependents of these individuals will qualify for in-state tuition rates at public institutions receiving federal higher education funding. The change takes effect for enrollments starting after July 1, 2024.
