Native American Education Opportunity Act

HR 66 establishes the Native American Education Opportunity Act, creating Tribal-administered education savings accounts for eligible Native American students. It authorizes $8,000 annually per eligible student into accounts managed by Tribes or nonprofits, covering private tutoring, private school costs, online learning, therapies, textbooks, and college prep expenses.
