Americans First Disaster Relief Act

This bill allocates $10 billion in supplemental funding to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for disaster relief efforts following Hurricane Helene under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief Act. It simultaneously rescinds $10 billion from unobligated Internal Revenue Service (IRS) funds previously authorized under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
