Chiricahua National Park Act

This bill replaces the Chiricahua National Monument with Chiricahua National Park in Arizona, preserving the same protected area for its natural and cultural resources. It incorporates all existing Monument lands into the new Park, ensures funds designated for the Monument continue for the Park, and updates all federal references from "Monument" to "Park" (including wilderness designations). The National Park Service will manage the area under standard park system rules, with no change to current protections or management practices.
