RISE Act
Summary
Retirement Improvement and Savings Enhancement Act of 2021 or the RISE Act This bill makes various changes with respect to employer-sponsored retirement plans. Among other changes, the bill establishes the Retirement Savings Lost and Found database to allow individuals to locate the administrator of their plan. It also allows 403(b) plans (i.e., plans sponsored by certain charities, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations) to participate in multiple employer plans and pooled employer plans.
