Virtual Community Support Act of 2021 This bill requires the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to award grants for community-based mental health services, substance-use disorder services, and peer support services. SAMHSA must report on the grant program, including specifically with respect to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) emergency period.
