Relating to the eligibility of the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington for funding under the major events reimbursement program.

Added the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington to the list of eligible events in Section 1, subsection (3), item (M-1).

Added Section 2, which allows the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington to receive funding if a site selection organization selects Texas as the sole site without a competitive process involving out-of-state sites. This provision expires September 1, 2030.

Added new definitions in Section 1, subsection (7) for the national governing body of a sport recognized by specific organizations (FIA, Formula One Management, National Thoroughbred Racing Association, and USOC) to clarify eligibility criteria for motorsport events.
