Relating to meetings of the board of directors of the Gulf Coast Authority.

Added new subsections (d) through (h) to Section 2.07, Chapter 409, Acts of the 61st Legislature, Regular Session, 1969, governing remote board meetings.

Requires board meetings to be held via telephone conference call, videoconference, or similar telecommunication method.

Mandates that meeting notices include toll-free telephone numbers for public participation and free-of-charge access information for audiovisual feeds.

Requires electronic availability of agenda packets and materials that would normally be distributed at face-to-face meetings.

Mandates recording of remote meetings with public access to recordings maintained for at least one year after the hearing date.

Modified Subsection (a) to clarify meeting frequency requirements while maintaining flexibility for board bylaws.
