In memory of Audon Sanchez Cardenas of San Antonio.

This resolution honors Audon Sanchez Cardenas, a World War II veteran from San Antonio who died on January 31, 2025, at age 105. It recognizes his service as a U.S. Army staff sergeant captured by German forces during the Battle of the Bulge, his receipt of military medals, and his post-war work as a barber and auto mechanic. The Texas House of Representatives formally pays tribute to his life and extends condolences to his extensive family, including 22 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
