Added eligibility for a single license covering both a hospital and its mobile stroke unit when the mobile stroke unit holds accreditation from an approved organization.

Modified Subsection (c-1)(2) to explicitly authorize one license for a hospital and mobile stroke unit, replacing previous text that only covered multiple hospitals.

Added requirement that mobile stroke units must be accredited by a health care accreditation organization approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Added Subsection (h) to clarify that emergency services standards in Subsection (g) do not apply to licenses issued for mobile stroke units.
