Established that physicians may delegate IV therapy to specific non-physician providers under adequate physician supervision, with prescriptive authority agreements limited to the maximum number authorized under existing state law.

Added effective date of September 1, 2025, and clarified that changes apply to medical acts performed on or after that date regardless of when delegation was made.
