Memorials, Sports - Avery Hatcher, All-Region 1-3A first team -

SJR 753 is a ceremonial resolution honoring Avery Hatcher, a high school football player from Unicoi County High School, for being named to the All-Region 1-3A first team. It formally recognizes his athletic achievement and character as a student-athlete who "brings honor to the State of Tennessee." The resolution has no binding effect or policy changes - it simply provides official state recognition through a formal resolution passed by the Tennessee General Assembly.
