Education, Curriculum - As enacted, adds instruction for public high school students on this state's safe haven law to the required components of a family life curriculum. - Amends TCA Title 49.

This law allows mothers to voluntarily surrender unharmed infants without criminal liability. The state board of education must develop guidelines for this instruction, collaborating with the nonprofit A Secret Safe Place for Newborns of Tennessee. Schools must implement this by the start of the 2025-2026 school year, making it effective for all subsequent school years.
