Criminal Offenses - As enacted, makes various changes relative to the offense of organized retail crime. - Amends TCA Title 18; Title 38, Chapter 6, Part 1 and Title 39.

It automatically removes names after 10 years from the most recent conviction unless a court orders expungement or death is verified. This applies to convictions under Tennessee Code Sections 39-14-113 (organized retail theft) and 39-14-146 (related offenses).
