Child Custody and Support - As introduced, allows a court to temporarily halt a child support obligor's support payments if the support obligor has made an overpayment of child support and to apply the overpayment toward current and future child support obligations until the overpayment is exhausted. - Amends TCA Title 36 and Title 37.
