Vital Records - As introduced, requires the office of vital records to establish a procedure whereby the filing and registration of a birth certificate, and the attestation of the accuracy of the personal data provided for such filing, can be accomplished through electronic means. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 36; Title 37; Title 39; Title 68 and Title 71.
