Banks and Financial Institutions - As enacted, extends, from May 1 to November 1, the due date of the report delivered by a lessor of a safe deposit box to the state treasurer containing the name and address of the lessee and an inventory of the contents of the box; extends, from May 1 to November 1, the deadline by which contents of an abandoned safe deposit box may be claimed before the lessor is required to sell the contents. - Amends TCA Section 45-2-907.
