Firearms and Ammunition - As enacted, expands employees allowed to carry a handgun on property owned, operated, or controlled by a public institution of higher education to include retired law enforcement officers who retired in good standing with 20 years of service and are employed on a part-time basis by a public institution of higher education. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17.
