Education, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the commissioner to report the average student performance level rating achieved in each subject tested on the most recently administered Tennessee comprehensive assessment program test and on the most recently administered assessment for purposes of the National Assessment of Educational Progress, along with the median household income for each county in which each LEA or public charter school is located, to the education committee of the senate and the education administration committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
