Insurance, Motor Vehicles - As introduced, prohibits, as an unfair claims settlement practice, an auto insurer from directing a body shop to repair a motor vehicle without first providing the insured with written notice of the insured's right to approve the type of body parts to be used in the repair of the motor vehicle and an opportunity to select the type of body parts to be used; specifies that the notice requirement only applies in the five years after the model year of the motor vehicle to be repaired. - Amends TCA Title 56.
