Enville - Subject to local approval, increases the monthly salary of the mayor from $2.00 a month to $1,200 a month; changes the regular meeting date for the mayor and board from Friday to a monthly, regularly scheduled date, as determined by the board; removes certain voting prohibitions for persons who live outside the limits of the municipality but who own real estate within the corporate limits of the municipality. - Amends Chapter 6 of the Private Acts of 1953.
