Law Enforcement - As introduced, authorizes a state or local law enforcement agency, at the direction of the executive officer with authority over such agency or the commissioner of safety, to provide aid and assistance to another state or a law enforcement agency of another state during an emergency. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 8; Title 38; Title 58 and Title 68.
