Food and Food Products - As introduced, clarifies that a cell-cultured protein offered for sale, sold, or distributed in this state and labeled or advertised as meat, a meat food product, poultry, or a poultry food product is misbranded under the Tennessee Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act; specifies that under the Tennessee Meat and Poultry Inspection Act the definitions of "meat," "meat food product," "poultry," or "poultry food product" do not include a cell-cultured protein. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40; Title 44; Title 47 and Title 53.
